Today, business moves fast—so fast that the ability to adapt has become a core business skill. The same skills that make improvisers spontaneous and adaptable translate directly to important qualities in the work place. Want to increase your tolerance for ambiguity? Be more willing to take risks? Increase your personal confidence? Improvisation can provide you with these skills and more.
In this six week course, Chris Sams will lead you in improv-inspired exercises that will provide a forum to practice skills directly applicable in business or professional settings. Topics include nonverbal communication, teamwork, commitment, connection, being present, learning to recognize offers and practice accepting them, and how to put your best foot forward every time.
